The following checklist must be kept in mind before checking in the tournament by all teams:

| [ ] | Checked that your NAME is correctly reflected in the Participant Tab |
| [ ] | Checked that your PARTNER and AGE CATEGORY are correctly reflected |
| [ ] | Changed your Slack Name to TEAM CODE_NAME IN THE TAB E.g. Sunshine_Terry Tan |
| [ ] | Changed your Zoom Name to TEAM CODE_NAME IN THE TAB E.g. Sunshine_Terry Tan |
| [ ] | Changed your Zoom Background to the tournament's Virtual Background provided |
| [ ] | Checked that secondary device is able to connect to Slack and Zoom in case computer shuts down |
