All participants in the tournament are required to follow and maintain the following guidelines:
No talking and keep yourself muted in the main Zoom room |
All questions and clarifications should be directed to the appropriate help desks on Slack |
Follow naming conventions and protocols |
Mute and but keep video on when others are talking |
Stay in your Breakout Rooms until round verdict is out |
Do not share the debate links |
Practice replying in threads on Slack (acknowledge an announcement in #convening-hall) |
The Zoom Room will be open from 07:45 AM, so Check-in by 08:00 AM sharp. |
