Withdrawal and Refund Guidelines for EduDrift Online Competitions

To ensure clarity and fairness for all participants, EduDrift has established the following guidelines for withdrawals and refunds:

1. 21 Days or More Before the Event:

  • Participants who withdraw from the event 21 days or more before its commencement are eligible for a 90% refund of the registration fee. This allows us to manage event logistics and resource allocation effectively.

2. 20 to 14 Days Before the Event:

  • If a participant withdraws between 20 to 14 days before the event, they are eligible for a 50% refund. This partial refund accounts for administrative costs and the late stage of event preparations.

3. 13 Days or Less Before the Event:

  • No refund will be provided for withdrawals 13 days or fewer before the event. At this point, most resources and arrangements are finalized, and the incurred costs cannot be recuperated.

These guidelines are designed to be fair to both the participants and the organizers, ensuring that each party can manage their commitments effectively. Participants are encouraged to consider their availability carefully and make informed decisions regarding their participation in a timely manner.
