Registration opens on 14 June 2022

Will there be observer slots in the tournament?

Yes. Tickets for observers is available for purchase.

What is a prepared round?

The second preliminary round and the Grand Finals for both the Open and 10-and-Under categories are prepared rounds.

Successfully registered participants will receive the prepared motions two weeks before the tournament. All participants will have to prepare for both sides of the motions.

Participants may bring in any and all notes for the round, and will only be given 15 minutes to prepare for the round once their match-ups are announced for the round. For the prepared round only, in the 15 minutes of preparation time, participants will be allowed to communicate with their coaches, teachers, parents, and use the internet. Once the 15 minutes is up, they are only able to use physical preparation materials and can no longer communicate with anyone outside their team.

You can confirm your teammates once you have successfully checked in the tournament.
