Should a participant be unable to attend the event due to COVID restrictions, they will be allowed to take part in the event virtually (click here to read more on Hybrid Debating). In such instances, a Goodwill Payout of US$100 be made to the participant*.

Goodwill Payouts will only be made to participants who are unable to travel and attend the event in-person due to COVID policy restrictions beyond their control. They must provide proof of travel curtailment in order to claim their Goodwill Payout. Proof of travel curtailment includes official PCR/ART test report, government-issued travel advisory and/or restriction, university-issued travel restriction, city or country lockdown notice, and mandatory quarantine notice. Travel disruptions arising from personal negligence such as failure to comply with COVID-19 travel requirements will not be entitled to the Goodwill Payout.

*Payout amou is subject to bank charges and applicable processing fees to the original mode of payment.

This ticket allows admission to this event only. Tickets to this event are non-transferable.
Force Majeure:

In the event that Asian BP cannot be held due to reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the event will transit to a 100% online event. In such instance, a Goodwill Payout of US$100 be made to every participant*.

Rights of admission are reserved with the organizer.

The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior notice.

The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
