Bali United Asian Debating Championships 2026
The United Asian Debating Championships (UADC) is one of Asia’s largest intervarsity parliamentary debating tournaments, attracting university teams from across the region each year.
Held every June, UADC features three-on-three Asian Parliamentary debates that test teams’ critical thinking, strategic argumentation, and teamwork under pressure. Across several days of preliminary and knockout rounds, participants face challenging motions and adapt to different judging styles, creating a highly competitive and dynamic environment. The tournament also offers a unique opportunity for students to connect with peers, exchange ideas, and experience the diverse perspectives of the Asian debating community.
The 2025 edition was hosted by EduDrift in Guangzhou, China. Rei Ya Yeo, Ian Dylan Chai, and Cavan Tay from National University of Singapore took home the Open Championship after a closely contested final.
The 2026 edition of UADC will take place in Bali, Indonesia, and will be hosted at Vouk Hotel & Suites – Nusa Dua Bali.

Jeremy Antonio will convene the Bali United Asian Debating Championships 2026. She has led tournaments across Asia, including online events, and is known for keeping competitions running smoothly while making sure participants have a positive experience.
Her previous roles include Deputy Convenor of ABP 2024 and Australs 2025, Co-Convenor of UADC 2025, and Convenor of NEADC 2025. Jeremy brings energy, careful planning, and a hands-on approach to every event she runs.
With her at the helm, Bali UADC 2026 promises to be both seamless and exciting for everyone taking part. Jeremy will oversee every detail to ensure the tournament runs smoothly and that all participants enjoy a rewarding experience.
